Sports All Day

It’s no secret, in both Chelsea and I’s household, we loves sports. We won’t miss watching a major sporting event and we love getting outside and kicking a soccer ball around in the fall or throwing the football on the beach in the summer. So it makes sense that we would love to show you some new sports items we have been trying out from Franklin Sports and so far, it is not hard to see that Cairo is in heaven.

Jake and Cairo took to the field to use this Goal Post, Ball, and Tee to play a little football. We started out with them trying to kick the ball through the uprights but it quickly turned into a game of “throw it through the uprights” - all day please!

This NHL Indoor Sport 2 in 1 set is Cairo’s jam. He is basically on the Winnipeg Jets team with his Jersey and Helmet and my favourite part is this net easily folds up so it makes for an easy clean up. This set comes with 4 sticks, 2 nets, and a ball so we usually play in our hallway and I’m quickly taken back to my younger years of playing hockey with my older brother.

Growing up, basketball was equally important to me as volleyball until about grade 10. This little Over-The-Door Basketball Hoop is all set up on Cairo and Ezri’s bedroom door and we have been HOOPING like mad lately. Cairo has gotten it in a few times but Ezri likes me to lift her up and let her dunk!

Easily Cairo’s favourite sport right now is baseball and Franklin Sports always has tons of options for baseball gear and equipment. We can’t wait to set up this Pitching Target when it gets a bit warmer, or try out their Pro Batting Tee, as well as this Pro Flex Hybrid Series Fielding Glove. Cairo always sees the MLB players on tv and often we will see them wearing Franklin Sports Batting Gloves so that is next on our list for him!

We have tried out so many different sports items already from Franklin Sports and we always keep coming back. We know that sports can help mold our kids character and be a great learning experience so we really can’t wait for them to try out some team sports in the coming years.
