Happy LOVE Day!

Valentine’s Day is such a beautiful reminder to remind those special people in your life how much you love them. Today we wanted to share a few ways you can elevate a night in at home with a fresh bottle of wine, charcuterie, and dressing up just a little :)

One of our favourite ways to host people is to create a snacking board or a charcuterie board. We love a good snack board as it can be used for so many different themes: kids dessert platter, ladies wine and cheese night, couples game night, etc.

We recently found a wonderful local wine called Gneiss. It is local to the Okanogan and we love that BC offers so many incredible products right here where we live. We paired their 2018 Shiraz with a rich and creamy cheese, cracker, fruit and nut platter and it was delightful.

Gneiss also has a 2019 Chardonnay that we tried and it is refreshing, light and perfect for the sunny spring and summer days around the corner. Lastly we tried their Pendulum White, a blended wine that was full of flavour, another perfect wine to add to your list of bottle to try. What we look forward to now is enjoying these BC wines when we can visit it in the summer time. How fun would a girls trip to the Okanogan to visit Gneiss and taste all of the new local wineries?!

An evening at home is always elevated when a little bit of jewelry comes into play.
