Stay Cozy This Christmas

One of our favourite family traditions every Christmas is going to pick out a live, fresh Christmas tree. The temperature just dropped here in B.C. so both of our families bundled up and headed to our favourite Christmas tree farm at Farmer Dave's. We partnered with Winners and Marshalls to make sure every one was bundled up nice and cozy to keep warm during our treasure hunt. 

It was easy for us to outfit our families in some cozy essentials from Winners and Marshalls while on the hunt for the perfect Christmas tree. Whether it is a jacket for Wayne, a nice button down me for, or the cutest little pom pom toque for Kinsley, I know that I can find stylish items that fit within our budget from brands we trust.

We had a new little babe join us this year for our Christmas tree picking! Sweet Ezri was just 10 days old on the morning of our tree hunting and we were even able to find her a cute little outfit from Winners that kept her warm and cozy all morning long. She is the perfect little Christmas gift to Lauren's family this year.

Cairo, Jake, and Kinsley are all at an age where their Christmas spirit is just beaming every day. They talk about Santa coming to their homes, they couldn't wait to decorate the Christmas tree, and it has been a joy to share all of these favourite traditions that Chelsea and I did as kids growing up. 

Cutting down a live, real Christmas tree is a lot of work. It's cold, it takes time to wash that sap off your hands, and you find pine needles in every crevice of your home - but man is it worth it. Big thanks to Marshalls and Winners for outfitting our families while enjoying one of our favourite traditions of cutting down our Christmas tree.
