Everyday Moments with Gymboree

Thanksgiving is just around the corner for us Canadians. I've been reflecting on the many things I am thankful and grateful for. One of the things I am most thankful for is my family. I've been reminded to slow down, embrace, and enjoy the everyday moments. Its the simple things; like walking in our bare feet on a sunny fall day to get the mail. A simple, daily routine, but an oh so beautiful reminder of how blessed I am to be at home with my children.

Kinsley is just itching to walk. She is constantly trying to copy, keep up and mimic her big brother and I know she will be walking all by herself very soon. She is strong and independent, but loves her mama's snuggles which makes my heart melt. 

A couple houses down in our neighbourhood, a family has made a waterfall in their front garden. My kids ask to stop and look at it every time. It's become tradition on these walks. Every day when we get the mail, we stop and look at the waterfall. Everyday moments. These are the moments I treasure and store in my heart. When I'm exhausted in the morning, frustrated because my toddler won't obey or staring at a pile of laundry (or 2 or 3 piles), I try to stop and pull out those moments I have stored. I love the everyday. Sometimes I can get overwhelmed or consumed by other thoughts, but I know in my heart that I am so blessed do the "everyday" with my kids.

Gymboree makes getting dressed for the everyday easy. My kids love to move and Gymboree's stylish, comfortable and coordinated looks make the job of dressing my kids a breeze. Jake's cargo joggers are easy pull on style which makes dressing quick and easy. I am a sucker for anything plaid - boys, girls, adults - give me plaid and I will put it on every time. This campfire plaid shirt reminds me of a perfect fall day!

Side Note: Jake now opens the mailbox all by himself! Next up, cooking dinner for the family! #dreamworld

And there's Kinsley. Always has to be right beside wherever her big brother is. Her fox dress is the perfect mix of adventure and adorable. Those two words describe her personality to a T! When it's get a bit chilly on those crisp fall days, I simply throw on her Quilted Jacket and she is ready to go. 

It seems like yesterday Kinsley was that tiny little 6 oz baby, wearing onesies and leggings. Baby clothes are simply the best. I love all the details that Gymboree puts into their newborn essentials. Gymboree coordinates their outfits so it is easy to find a shirt, pants, socks and accessories that match perfectly. 

Piles of brand new baby clothes make me smile. What a perfect gift for a newborn!. There was a bit of a chill in the air today so these cozy sweaters would keep any newborn snug as a bug.
