Family Fall Activities

A little while ago we went exploring at Taves Farm Apple Barn in Abbotsford. It was our first time there and we loved it! There were so many interactive opportunities for the children such as the goat pen, the bunny town, pillow jumping trampolines, corn maze, pedal car races, horse swings, pony rides etc.
This Fall we have been so blessed with sunshine, beautiful fall colours, crisp air and warm days. We love that we start fall off with a focus on thanksgiving, reflecting on so many of the blessings in our daily lives. Throughout the season, there are so many wonderful outdoor family activities to take part in. Taves Farm Apple Barn is a must see and recently we went to Harvest Glow in Langley. Both of these fall themed spots are the perfect family outing. Whenever we go outdoors in the fall, we are usually wearing boots. Even on sunny days, we know the the pumpkin patches, trail walks, and trips to the apple orchard are probably going to be a bit muddy. We don’t mind. But, we do make sure we wear appropriate footwear.
