First day of summer is here! The heat has come where we live and we are loving our days outside, soaking up that good old vitamin D. With the ages of our kids, parenting in the summer is significantly easier with days to the beach, spray park afternoons, or backyard sprinkler days (this is what we did yesterday!). But after a day in the sun you can always find us indoors, giving our kids a much needed break and busting out a new toy is always fun to make a summer day extra special. We have partnered with Playmobil to share a couple new toys from one of our favourite toy companies.

This is Playmobil’s Children’s Medical Area and our kids love this set and it gets used a ton. The wheelchair might be their favourite piece and all the other accessories such as the incubator, cot, and measuring table helps our children pretend to take care of their little playmobil people each time they play. My kids have used this for the past couple weeks and they have been captivated by setting up different medical scenes.

Our family’s dream is definitely to own a trailer one day that we can pick up and go camping whenever we have a few days off so this Caravan with Car helps our kids act out that dream before it becomes a reality one day. The Caravan is quite large and the roof opens up allowing for lots of room to set up our people inside and act out a great family camping trip!
