You guys we have had the most amazing January! For what feels like is always a tough month here in Vancouver, BC for weather (and then of course add in a Pandemic), the skies have really showed up and brought 2021 in with a bang. We have been outside more than ever and we just got to try out Swagtron scooters and bikes and they have helped bring new life to our winter days.

Rayne has this adorable 3-in-1 Balance Trike, Tricylce & Balance Bike and it is so smooth and so easy for her to use at 18 months. She is at such a great age for this and kids as young as 10 months can actually use it. Right now she rides without the pedals but as she gets older we will teach her how to ride while using them and she will be well on her way to learning how to ride a bike.

With kids’ bikes you can just tell when they are quality made and know they will last for years. The wheels on these are also super safe as they are one solid piece, preventing kids feet and shoelaces from getting caught while riding or peddling (this is so awesome!). We also just let Rayne ride this bike right in our living room and kitchen because it won’t scratch our floors since the wheels are crafted from durable, soft EVA foam. Lastly we were also super impressed by how easy it was to put this bike together - just a few minutes and she was ready to ride.

And then I just went ahead and borrowed Cairo’s new K8 Titan Folding Kick Scooter for the afternoon to ride around and let me tell you, this one is not just for kids. Big wheels, adjustable height, lightweight, folds for transport, kick stand and Cairo’s favourite feature - a little bell! This scooter is a huge upgrade from the metal, clunky one I used as a kid and it’s actually so comfortable and again, very smooth. I would actually ride this and I know Cairo is pumped to have a new scooter as he is now 5 and ready for a bit more speed :)
